4PID provides a collection of Discord bots available for download and self-hosting. Each bot is provided as source code for the user to deploy on their own infrastructure.

3. License

All 4PID bots are distributed under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software, provided you include the original copyright notice. You may not hold the authors liable for any issues arising from the use of the software.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for complying with Discord's Terms of Service when using our bots.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your Discord account.
• You agree not to use our bots for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You acknowledge that self-bots (M4PID and R4PID) may violate Discord's Terms of Service and use them at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

The 4PID name, logo, and branding are our intellectual property. The source code for each bot is licensed separately under the MIT License.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our bots and website are provided"as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall 4PID be liable for any damages arising from the use of our software or website.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.
